A large majority of users agreed that the main pain points were not knowing the real price of the product, poor categorisation, poor description and poor grading.

Users demand as general aspects, the possibility of scanning games to know their market value, a good categorisation to speed up searches, an exhaustive description of the product and an accurate grading of the real conditions of the product.

Our User Persona, Michael Collins tells us that the worst thing about buying retro video games is the inability to know how to value the price of a title, sometimes the information provided by the seller is scarce and the categorisation that the Apps make about the games are very limited.
